What day is trash day?
Trash is collected every Thursday morning. Weeks with a National holiday may push back trash collection by one day. Please be courteous and place your trash bins out no earlier than Wednesday. If you have oversized or restricted items (mattresses, appliances, electronics, hazardous waste, etc.) please contact Waste Management (800-266-7551) to schedule a pickup, or dispose of your items at a local landfill or waste collection agency.
Is there a separate recycling area or bin?
No, all trash is collected by Waste Management and sorted at their facility.
Who do I contact if I notice damage to the common property (fences, light fixtures, mailboxes, etc.)?

What are my parking options?
For RESIDENTS seeking additional parking besides their garage, street parking is available on the east side of Fulton Rd. The west side of Fulton is within La Verne city limits and requires a permit for parking overnight. Additionally, there is an RV lot located on the South side of the community that allows for oversized vehicle parking. Please contact management if you need access to this parking area.
What about guest parking?
For GUESTS, there are two common guest-only parking areas; one on the north side and one on the south side. These are GUEST ONLY parking areas, meaning that residents cannot use this for long term parking of their vehicle. Many of our residents may have visitors with disabilities or need close walking accommodations when visiting. Keeping these spots open for guests will keep our visitors and residents in harmony. If you are a resident that parks in these guest spots on a permanent basis, you may risk being fined or towed.
